
Now that we’ve seen some sunshine coming (at least overhere :) ), summertime is here and spring has ‘officially’ arrived, I just can’t stop thinking of the summer. Warm weather, fresh food, having a picknick in the park with friends and drinking cold sweet fruit juice! Yes that’s right, I think it’s time to get into that mood! So here’s a super easy fresh smoothie that anyone can make in just 5 minutes..ehh..if you have access to a blender..
Very berry blueberry grape smoothie!
This blueberry grape smoothie only takes you to put a hand of frozen blueberries and a cup of red grapes blend it with a cup of coconutwater (or a cup of water with a tablespoon of coconutmilk added) press the Blend Now button and whizz it till you think it’s good! Eeaasyy..but super tasty. I bet you this smoothie is gonna put a smile on your face, it’s so good :)

Blueberry grape smoothie recipe
- ½ cup (50 gr.) frozen blueberries
- 1 cup (100 gr.) Red grapes (pitted)
- ½ cup (120 mL) Coconut water (see notes)
- Put everything into a blender
- Switch to blend
- Enjoy!
- Easy as that!

Perfect sweetness without adding sweetener. I used non-fat milk since I had no coconut water…
