Fresh Blueberry Grape Smoothie
Let me tell you about this Blueberry Grape Smoothie. Now that we’ve seen some sunshine coming (at least overhere :) ), summertime is here and spring has ‘officially’ arrived, I just can’t stop thinking of the summer. Warm weather, fresh food, having a picknick in the park with friends and drinking a cold sweet fruit smoothie! Yes that’s right, I think it’s time to get into that mood! So here’s a super easy and fresh smoothie that anyone can make in just 5 minutes when you have access to a blender.
Very berry blueberry grape smoothie!
To make this blueberry grape smoothie it only takes you to put a hand of frozen blueberries and a cup of red grapes. Blend them with a cup of coconutwater (or a cup of water with a tablespoon of coconutmilk added) press the Blend Now button and whizz it untill you think it’s good! Easyy and super tasty. Blueberry grape smoothie recipe
- ½ cup (50 gr.) frozen blueberries
- 1 cup (100 gr.) Red grapes (pitted)
- ½ cup (120 mL) Coconut water (see notes)
- Put everything into a blender
- Switch to blend
- Easy as that!
