Melon-Cucumber-Mint smoothie! Refreshing, sweet & healthy, what else?

  • ½ pound (230gr) Galia Melon (or Cantaloupe)
  • ¼ pound (115gr) Cucumber
  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (lemon is also fine)
  1. Cut the melon and cucumber in chunks
  2. Add everything together into your blender
  3. Blend it long enough for the mint leaves to get chopped very fine.
You can add water if you don't like the thickness.
Add a little bit of honey if you need more sweetness, but I'm guessing the galia melon has enough sweetness!
