Fluffy, Tasty, Gooey Heavenly Mud, a delicious chocolate pudding with Grand Marnier and orange

Serves: 4
  • ⅓ pound Dark Chocolate
  • 1 ounce Butter
  • ½ cup of cream (to whip)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • ½ shot of Grand Marnier or Cointreau
  1. Melt the Chocolate and butter bain-marie and stir it well.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and put it in the fridge while you do the next step
  3. Beat the egg whites untill stiff
  4. Whisk the egg yolk with the sugar untill it looks pale
  5. Gently mix everything together in a big bowl and don't forget the Grand Marnier, take it easy so it stays an airy 'mud'
  6. Pour the 'mud' in a flat dish and put in the fridge for at least 1h30m
  7. Serve the Heavenly Mud in a cup or bowl and sprinkle the orange zest over it.
For the Tiny Merengue you see in the picture you can do the follwing:
Whip one egg white and 2 ounces sugar untill stiff (check by holding the bowl upside down, if it stays in you're good)

Create small puffs on a baking tray with a piping bag and put in the oven for 1h30m at 90C / 190F.
